The Southeast Regional Library is a cooperative system that provides public library service to all municipalities in south eastern Saskatchewan. It serves 97,000 people within an 18,112 square mile area, and is also part of the province-wide public library system known as SILS. The SILS system gives individuals access to all Saskatchewan public libraries and their collections, and inter-library loans allow borrowing from many libraries outside of Saskatchewan as well.  Log onto southeastlibrary.ca for more information or to view the library catalogue.

Oxbow's library offers programming for all ages, including preschool Story Hour, adult book clubs, a writing group, Art Party, Craft Circle, English as Another Language tutoring, and much more.  The library meeting room hosts a diverse range of local groups and organizations, and is available for rent by businesses and corporations, at reasonable rates, with access to our kitchen and newly-renovated bathrooms.

There are public access computers with internet as well as on-site Wi-Fi, printers and a fax machine.  Microfilm and microfiche machines are also available for historical research, and the SE SK branch of the SK Genealogical Society is available to help with family history research. Your SE Regional Library card offers access to many online and digital services as well, such as hoopla and Library2go (Overdrive), Tumblebooks, and Storybird, and NNELS provides materials for "print disabled" patrons.
