The Oxbow Arts and Cultural Committee (OACC) was established in 2011, with the goal being to bring more arts and culture to the area, as well as highlight and support the many local artists in their musical and artistic pursuits. It is comprised of a group of volunteers and hosts local art shows and events, musical concerts and an annual music and arts jamboree, the Bow Valley Jamboree.
